Here’s a bit of a heads-up on what will happen when we meet

Firstly, I’ll spend time chatting with you about your business, where it’s at and where you want to get it to.

I’ll ask you some key questions about your business, but you won’t need to prepare anything because the questions will be straight-forward.

On that basis I’ll probably be able to identify the top three areas from my model, that would be the development priorities for accelerating your growth.

Having done that, and only if it’s relevant, we can then talk about if Summit SCALE® (in some form or another) is a fit for your needs.

If it’s not I’ll probably be able to recommend something or someone else that would be a better fit.

And if Summit SCALE® is a fit, we can talk about the different ways I work with clients.

Of course, you’ll be able to ask me questions as well.

And just so you know in advance, the investment for working with me to embed Summit SCALE® into your business, ranges from as little as US $295 (UK £225) a month right up to $15,000 a month, depending on what your requirements and budget are.

I’ve deliberately created a price point for most levels of budget, which means that I’m not necessarily as expensive as many people often think.

BTW: here’s what our meeting will NOT be…

Just so you know, your 60-minute meeting is not some sort of “sales ambush” where you get your arm twisted and pushed into something that you don’t want.

That wouldn’t be fair on you.

Instead, it’s a chat between two adults to see if Summit SCALE® would be right for you.

And while I’ll identify the Scaling frameworks and tools that would be a fit for you at this stage of your business’s development, the meeting isn’t designed as a “Coaching Consult” where I tell you what to do and you go away and do it.

Frankly, if I allowed you leave the meeting like with that idea, I’d be doing you a disservice because you’d fail to implement effectively without expert guidance and mentoring.

You know how it is … literacy isn’t mastery … the map is not the territory … and all those truisms.

It’s better that I’m upfront with you about this, rather than you try and embed Summit SCALE® into your business and then end up frustrated and disappointed that the results were not what you wanted.

And here’s what I need from you before you book a time to chat…

My entry-level program, which is ideal for most people, starts at only US $295 (UK £225) a month.

Other Summit SCALE® programmes run from US $795 to $15,000 a month, and it may well be that we’ll talk about some of these other options if they’re relevant to you — but that all depends on your needs and your budget.

So … if you can afford that, I’m comfortable with setting aside my normal US $600 per hour consulting fee to see if I have something that can help you and that works with your budget.

(N.B. the US $600 per hour is not some random, made-up figure – in fact my day-consulting rate works out a lot more than that).

The other thing I ask in return is that you come to the meeting open-minded and seriously committed to implementing a business scaling model into your business and that you can afford for us to work together if we agree that it’s a good fit for you.

Otherwise, there really is no point in us meeting because if we both agree that Summit SCALE® is a good fit but you can’t afford it then you’ll be disappointed … and I may even be a tad frustrated too ☹.
